Membership
Rental Owners Association of Southwestern Oregon  is a  Nonprofit organization.
Currently the membership of the Coos Bay chapter of the Rental Owner's Association
stands at 205 members representing approximately 3500 rental units. Collectively
the rental units represent a real estate value of approximately $60 million and a
gross revenue approaching $10 million per year.  If you would be interested in

About ROA Southwest
Associate Membership
Associate Memberships  are available to those businesses that 
provide products, materials or services to the rental housing industry. Our 
members collectively spend about $2 million a year maintaining their properties 
and most of that money is spent locally. Your money goes a lot further when 
it's spent with the best suppliers and especially when you're given a 
"rental owner's discount".
Associate Members dues are only $60/year and Associate Members are 
welcome to attend meetings, present programs, and generally mingle and
