you a better and more profitable rental property owner or manager. Make new friends, and learn a lot more 
about management of your rental property
The membership year runs from July to June of the following year. Dues consist of two amounts: The 
local ROA dues plus the State Dues to Affiliated Rental Housing Association. ROA dues are the same for 
all members, $60. The ORHA dues are based on the number of units owned, (See below). New members must 
add $10 for a one time setup fee.
